Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Fodify — Nevada · Effective date: October 12, 2026

BioAI LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Fodify mobile application (the “App”). Nevada law (NRS 603A.400 to 603A.550) requires this policy.

1. What We Collect and How We Use It

We collect these categories of consumer health data:

  • Health details you give us: Your IBS type, goals, gut symptoms, stool, stress, sleep, water, and exercise logs, and your notes.
  • Diet details: The meals and foods you log, your diet stage, trigger foods, allergies and dietary restrictions, your food tests and their results, and the food photos you scan or add to a meal.
  • Program information: Your progress and check-ins in the App’s programs.
  • What you tell Fodi, the App’s AI guide, about your health.
  • Apple Health data: Your sleep, workouts, and steps, if you connect Apple Health.
  • What the App works out from these: Your scores, insights, and reports, such as which foods seem to trouble you.
  • Crash and diagnostic reports: These can include what you were doing in the App.

We collect, use, and share it to provide the App’s features to you: logging, FODMAP ratings, insights and reports, answers from Fodi, photo scanning, typed meals, saving to Apple Health, and the reminders you allow, and to keep the App working and secure.

We process it by storing it with your account, showing it to you in the App, working out your scores, insights, and reports from it, sending the recipients in Section 3 what they need, and handling deletion requests.

2. Where It Comes From

From you, when you enter it in the App; from Apple Health, if you connect it; and from your use of the App.

3. What We Share and With Whom

We do not sell consumer health data. We share it with:

  • AI providers, to answer you. They receive what you send to Fodi and the details Fodi uses to answer, such as your diet stage, goals, trigger foods, allergies, recent meals and symptoms, and food test results. They also receive the food photos you scan and the meals you describe.
  • Service providers that host our database, store photos, and report crashes. They receive it only to provide those services to us.
  • Apple Health, if you connect it. It receives the water, meal names and nutrition, gut symptoms, and mindful sessions the App saves there, for the types you allow.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

We share it with no affiliate.

No third party may collect your consumer health data over time and across different websites or online services when you use the App or our website.

4. Your Rights and How to Use Them

You have the right to ask us to:

  • Confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data.
  • Give you a list of the third parties we have shared it with or sold it to.
  • Stop collecting, sharing, or selling it.
  • Delete it.

To make a request, email [email protected] and tell us which account is yours. We answer within 45 days. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer.

You can review and change some of it in the App, or ask us to review or change it. You can also ask for your account to be deleted in the App: Settings → Privacy & data → Delete my account. Deleting your account leaves the copies in Apple Health; you can remove them in the Health app.

5. Changes to This Policy

If we make a material change, we will post the new policy on this page and update the effective date.
